On last night's Dateline NBC, Al Roker opened up about a terribly embarrassing incident that occurred more than ten years ago while he was covering an event at the White House. Just one month after he underwent gastric bypass surgery, Roker tried to "pass gas" as he was headed to the press room, "but a little something extra came out."
