Dream Comes True on Stage for a Little Girl Dying of Cancer

In October of 2009 Miley sang at the benefit concert for the City of Hope and brought a girl on stage who had cancer. It was a dream come true for her a few weeks before she died. This video brings tears to my eyes! I love it!
