Fat Tuesday in Chicago: Paczki Day

Many people are heading to their local bakeries today for some yummy pastries. Paczki are deep-fried pieces of dough shaped into a flattened sphere and filled with confiture or other sweet filling. It's a polish tradition to eat Paczki's before Lent begins on Fat Tuesday.
