Mom Who Attended Every Class With Quadriplegic Son Gets Honorary MBA

Marty O'Connor faced a huge challenge when he started business school. He'd fallen down a flight of stairs years before and is now quadriplegic. O'Connor had no idea how he'd take notes in class until his mom, Judith O'Connor, stepped up. She attended each of his classes over two years and took notes for her son. Chapman University awarded her an honorary business degree during the graduation ceremony. She says she loved the experience.
