On Sunday, an eyewitness spotted Pippa Middleton at Andre Balazs' Sunset Beach hotel and restaurant on Shelter Island. Our source says the Duchess of Cambridge's younger sister engaged in "tourist-like activities" with Andre Balazs, one other male and three girlfriends, playing a game of table tennis with Andre Balazs and riding around in the 55-year-old's VW cream and red van. "They were taking pictures and popping their heads out of the van, smiling and laughing the whole time," says the source.
