Former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney claimed a decisive victory in New Hampshire, Tuesday, winning 40 percent of the votes in the nation’s first presidential primary. Texas Congressman Ron Paul came in second at 23 percent, followed by former Utah Governor Jon Huntsman… at 17 percent.
